WEDDIN MOBILE PRESCHOOL SERVICE

Weddin Mobile Preschool Service licence was issued on the 13th April 2010 and commenced operating on the 21st July 2010, first at Quandialla on Wednesday and then Fridays at Caragabal for one day.

​

On the 2nd of August 2010 Quandialla went 2 days a week, Monday and Wednesday and Caragabal Tuesdays and Fridays in February 2011.

​

In January 2024, Quandialla added Thursday to their schedule, now running three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

​

The Service is administered by a volunteer Management Committee from the Grenfell Preschool and Long Day Care Centre.  Our primary aim is to provide high quality care for children, meeting the diverse and changing needs of our local area.

​

The Weddin Preschool Mobile Service is funded by the Department of Education and Community Our Service provides a quality Early Childhood Programme operating during school terms between the hours of 9.15am-3.15pm.  A major focus is placed upon school readiness and appropriate activities are planned to help develop these skills.

The Service can cater for 25 children per day, with ages ranging from 21/2 to 6 years.

Mobile fees per day are $30.00 per child
$5 for Equity children
No CCS is available
Children require their own morning tea and lunch
